Rafad signs an agreement with MSCEB to undertake the engineering design work for “Markan Quarter” project in Al-Khobar

Rafad signed a cooperation agreement with MSCEB on the sidelines of its participation in Cityscape Global 2025, under which MSCEB will undertake the engineering design work for “Markan Quarter” project located in Al-Khobar.

This step comes as part of Rafad’s efforts to enhance the quality of engineering designs for high-end residential and commercial projects, contributing to infrastructure development and aligning with modern standards in urban and engineering planning in Saudi Arabia.

Rafad Real Estate Investment & Development Company, the real estate arm of Al-Qahtani Holding Group, is participating in Cityscape Global 2025, which will be held from November 17 to 20 in Riyadh, at booth D51 in Hall 4. During the event, Rafad will showcase its innovative urban vision and present models of its integrated projects, including Miraf District in Al-Khobar and Markan Quarter, which rank among its most prominent upcoming developments.
